Overview of Required Courses
All courses are web-based , include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. The majority of these courses include quizzes and will be completed on LEARN. Find out more about LEARN.
For most new staff, the training will take about 3 2.5 hours. For new staff in supervisory or leadership roles, the additional training will take about 4 hours 10 minutes and will include an additional module modules specifically for managers on preventing sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
For most existing staff, annual training will take about 1.5 hours. An additional 15-minute Ministry Experience Survey will be available to complete, which is optional but encouraged.
