Determine what kind of verification letter you are wanting to request.

Email your request to benefits@reliant.org. You can send one request for your whole team, but make sure to list out each missionaryworker's name within the request. Also, make sure to include the country where you are going.

The benefits team will then process your request and send it to our representative at Aetna.

Once the benefits team receives the certificate from Aetna, they will send it to your Reliant e-mail address.
