The Board of Reliant wants to let our employees know they are loved and appreciated. As a symbol of that appreciation, we provide Christmas bonuses in the December 15 paycheck. The funds for the bonus are drawn from the MTD account for which the missionary is employee is responsible. Amounts of bonuses may be updated from year to year.
Note: In 2023, the Christmas bonuses will be included in the November paycheck
