Overview of Required Courses

All courses are web-based , include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. For most staff, the  The majority of these courses include quizzes and will be completed on LEARN. Find out more about LEARN.

For new staff, training will take about 3 2.5 hours. For new staff in supervisory or leadership roles, the additional training will take about 5 hours 10 minutes and will include an additional course on screening staff and volunteers. For full course descriptions, click the applicable link under Topic / Policy and go to the "Related Courses" section of the page.
