If you are a brand-new Voluntary Life Insurance enrollee, during 2026 2027 Open Enrollment, you may purchase up to $50,000 in Reliance Matrix life insurance for yourself (and up to $10,000 for your spouse) without needing any medical exam. What a great time to think about making sure you have adequate life insurance for yourself and your family. This is a very generous enrollment offer from Reliance Matrix since a medical exam is often required. If you and your spouse are both Reliant employees, you may each purchase up to $50,000 of voluntary life insurance.
