General policy: Missionary Employment benefits are an important part of what Reliant provides for its missionaries. Our desire is for these missionaries employees to be well cared for during their ministry career. The benefits listed here are some of the pieces that Reliant provides provided to help our missionaries employees and their families thrive.

Definition: For the purposes of benefits eligibility, a full-time employee is one so designated by Reliant who works or is available for work no less than 30 hours per work week.
