LT interns do not also apply for LT online like the LT participant. The Reliant summer program coordinator will manually add them to the LT event along with the list of other LT staff.

Volunteer LT Interns
Due to liability reasons, all LT interns (including those that do not wish to raise support) must go through our Reliant intern application. These volunteer interns Volunteer interns who don't raise support will not be required to attend intern training. They will simply be applying to be considered an Volunteer LT intern. The application fee is $50. They will go through the same interview process as regular interns, receive a background check and they will be added to Reliant's liability insurance. They will not be able to raise support in any way. Since they will not be attending Intern Training the deadline for signing up as a Volunteer LT intern is submitting all required materials for the documentation phase of their intern application 6 weeks prior to the date that they will be arriving at LT. However, once the intern submits their application we ask that the churches complete the local interview for the applicant within 2 weeks of the applicant submitting their documentation.
