A Field Manager, though a missionary minister of the gospel, would not be an elder or pastor of the church or ministry, but is someone who takes on comparable responsibility for a significant department or ministry area or areas within a ministry. This may be a leader within a gospel-centered non-profit or a leader within a church setting that deals more with the administration of the church. Being a Field Manager may involve supervising staff, managing budgets and heading organizational initiatives.
