In addition to Field Manager 2 responsibilities, the Field Manager 3, probably leads a large, multi-faceted ministry, a group of churches or a region. They have most likely been in a Field Manager-type role for at least 10 years. These Field Managers may be serving on one or multiple church or ministry boards.

Field Director

 Field Director is designed for pastors who have been serving in pastoral ministry for 10 or more years, and are now overseeing a group of churches or pastors. These pastors typically do not have day-to-day pastoral roles, but are giving oversight to a network or denomination of churches.
