In addition to Pastor 1 responsibilities, the Field Manager 2 may be responsible for several departments or ministry areas. They will typically have at least 5-7 years of serving in a Field Manager 1-type capacity. They have significant impact to the organization either financially, directionally, or due to number of people managed. The Field Manager 2 may be performing these roles for a region or group of churches as well, and may be involved with starting new ministries or church plants.

In addition to Pastor 2 requirements, this is generally a senior and seasoned pastor who has been a pastor a minimum of 10 years. This pastor has probably either been involved with several church plants or coaches several pastors or churches within a network or group of churches. They may be on church network boards or provide oversight for groups of churches in other ways.
