When an employee believes they have met or exceeded the above goals, according to Reliant's records, they must complete a Release to Assignment form and submit it to hr@reliantinternational@reliant.org. Reliant will then verify this information, determine if the employee is to be released to assignment, and notify the employee in accordance with the decision. Employees must continue raising support as their primary job responsibility until they have received release to assignment approval from an authorized representative of the Missionary Resources Department.
