Pastor, Minister or Field Manager 1 (Offered salary in the same salary range)

Pastor 1

Shares responsibility Responsible for the spiritual leadership and welfare of the church and its members either as the sole pastor or as a member of a leadership team. Provides leadership for and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. May carry Responsible for financial accountability of the church whether solely or as a part of a leadership structure. May supervise staff or lead a significant ministry within a the church as a member of the an overall church leadership team. Typically this is a female staff member who has been commissioned into a level of leadership similar to a Pastor in a church or ministry who does not ordain women.

Minister 2

Significant leadership responsibilities either for a region or group of churches. Typically a female staff member who has been commissioned into a level of leadership similar to a Pastor 2 in a church or ministry that does not ordain women.

Minister 3

A missionary must be ordained to be a pastor.

Minister 1

Shares responsibility for the spiritual leadership and welfare of the church and its members as a member of leadership team. Provides leadership for and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. May carry financial accountability of the church as part of a leadership structure. May supervise staff or lead a significant ministry within a church as a member of the overall leadership team. Typically Minister 1 is a female Reliant missionary Significant leadership responsibilities either for a region or group of churches. Typically a female staff member who has been commissioned into a level of leadership similar to a Pastor 3 in a church or ministry that who does not ordain women.

Field Manager 1

Responsible for a significant department or ministry area or areas within a ministry. Typically more administrative in nature. May involve supervising staff, managing budgets and heading organizational initiatives.

Pastor 2

In addition to Pastor 1 responsibilities this pastor may supervise or coach other pastors. They will typically have at least 5-7 years of being a pastor. May be speaking at or starting to oversee multiple ministry sites.  Vision casts

Field Manager 3

Responsible for several departments or ministry areas or an area of significant impact to the organization either financially, directionally or due to number of people managed. Potentially performing these roles for a region or group of churches as well. 

Pastor 1

Responsible for the spiritual leadership and welfare of the church and its members either as the sole pastor or as a member of a leadership team. Provides leadership for and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. Responsible for financial accountability of the church whether solely or as a part of a leadership structure. May supervise staff or lead a significant ministry within the church as a member of an overall church leadership team. A missionary must be ordained to be a pastor.

Pastor 2

Casts the vision for the church and sets the overall direction of church programs. Provides Takes primary leadership role for and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. Primary responsibility for services of public worship, administers and leads the pastoral ministry of the church, has overall responsibility for the church staff and represents the congregation in denominational or church network and community affairs. Typically 5-7 years of pastoral experience. May supervise or coach other pastors.

Pastor 3

Minister 2

In addition to Minister 1 requirements, the missionary may be responsible for oversight of multiple other ministers of the gospel. They will typically have at least 5-7 years of serving in a Minister 1-type capacity. They may be giving care and oversight to multiple different ministry sites or church plants. This missionary may have significant leadership responsibilities either for a region or group of churches.  They may take more of a primary leadership role within the direction of the church for worship, education, discipleship and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members. 

Field Manager 3

Responsible for several departments or ministry areas or an area of significant impact to the organization either financially, directionally or due to number of people managed. Potentially performing these roles for a region or group of churches as well. 

Pastor, Minister or Field Manager 3

Pastor 3

In addition to Pastor 2 requirements, this is generally a senior Senior and seasoned pastor who has been a pastor a minimum of 10 years, . This pastor has probably either been involved with several church plants or coaches several pastors or churches within a network or group of churches. They may be on church network boards or provide oversight for groups of churches in other ways.

Minister 3

In addition to Minister 2 requirements, this is generally a senior or seasoned minister of the gospel who has been in a Minister 1 or 2 type role for a minimum of 10 years. This minister has probably been involved with several church plants or coaches several ministers within a  netowork or group of churches. They may be on church network boards or provide oversight for groups of churches in this way.

Field Director

Leads a ministry, a group of churches or a region. Size of the ministry, group or region may warrant a Senior Director level as opposed to Director level.
