- Changes in hours requires a new support goal calculator Support Goal.
- Changes to 30 or more hours will require enrollment in Reliant's medical insurance plan (unless a spouse or parent can carry you on a qualifying group planyou meet the waiver criteria) as well as Reliant's Life and Long-Term Disability Insurances.
- A reduction in hours below 300 30 will result in loss of eligibility for medical, dental, and life insurances.
- A change in hours will also result in a change in benefit levels related to PTO, education reimbursement, Ministry Expense Bonuses and others.
Significant changes in hours (especially a decrease of more than 5 hours) will require donor notification through a prayer letter.
A significant increase in hours may also require confirmation of an MTD Action Plan with your supervisor and coach.
