| Some Events (for example Adirondack LT) choose to have their staff reimbursement through regular reimbursments using their Event Fund rather than using Petty Cash.Event Fund reimbursements should be submitted by the end of the month of which the expenses were incurred, in order for Reliant to accurately report the event's expenses on the appropriate month's financial statement.
