The basis of a missionary’s employment and mobilization with Reliant starts with an active Partnership in partnership with a missional church or Gospel-centered nonprofit organization. That partner organization has provided Reliant with a supervisory structure for the missionary’s daily ministry. As well, the Partner Organization has provided clarity for the missionary’s intended role and participated in the assessment and hiring process for the prospective Missionary.
