Great News! We are not re-collecting waivers during Open Enrollment going forward. International workers permitted by their partnering organization to waive Reliant's employer-offered insurance, your current waiver will carry over into 2026 2027 and from now on.
If you believe you need to submit a waiver form, please contact international@reliant.org to confirm it is an approved waiver, and the Benefits team will send you a waiver form. |

You must do this each year via the Child-Care Benefit International Cafeteria Plan Enrollment Form.
