  1. At least 100% of the pre-authorized support goal in current recurring gifts, according to GCMReliant's records, in the MTD account they are responsible to maintain.
  2. At least three (3) times the pre-authorized monthly support goal accumulated in the MTD account they are responsible to maintain.

When an employee believes they have met or exceeded the above goals, according to GCMReliant's records, they must complete a Release To Assignment Form (Go to the GCM website Reliant website for this form) and submit it to the Human Resources Department. GCM will Reliant will then verify this information, determine if the employee is to be released to assignment, and notify the employee in accordance with the decision. Employees must continue raising support as their primary job responsibility until they have received release to assignment approval from an authorized representative of the Human Resources Department.
