There is no "one size fits all" cultivation plan.
We tried to write it. Frankly, it would have been quicker to write it.
But, when looking at any plan (MTD, ministry, or even a meal plan), you have to start with the person who will be executing the plan... and that's you. That means building a plan around your strengths and motivations. Second, look at your supporters and build a plan that ministers to their unique needs.
If you haven't yet completed Step 1: Discover Your Preferences & Capacity or Step 2: Learn Your Donor's Desires, definitely do those so this step can be well-informed.
