The treatment of an expense should not depend on the source

of the funds, it should depend on the use

are desired to be used to cover an expense for an employee, that should flow through our reimbursement or ERB process.

The difference between them is how we pay them out (to employees or to entities outside of Reliant), not what the expenses are.
