What are Expense Recovery Bonuses & Reimbursements?

• It is a time to consider if you would like to change, end, or continue your current benefit selections for the upcoming year and submit your choices.
• It is a time to update your family status and information if anything has changed.
• It is a time when you can activate and update your annual Cafeteria Plan payroll deductions such as HSA employee contributions, Vision Insurance, and Child-Care benefit.

Highlights of Significant New Changes in 2023

Process & Submission - You can now easily see your current 2022 selections on the Insurance page of your StaffNet account and use the links below to submit the appropriate forms. (The StaffNet page is also used for the field, so all OE submission forms on that page are only for Field Open Enrollment. Don't be confused - the forms for all Central submissions are linked below.)

Medical, Dental, and Voluntary Life Insurances - There are no significant plan changes or options for 2023. You do not need to submit a form if you do not wish to change your medical, dental, or voluntary life plans from your current selections. 

Cafeteria Options (HSA, Vision, Childcare) - There are new HSA Contribution limits for 2023. To continue making Cafeteria Plan deductions (HSA, Vision, Child Care) for the new year, you must complete the 2023 Cafeteria Form in Step 2 below. Your current Cafeteria Plan deduction selections only last through 2022.

We introduced this service in 2021 and continue to provide Reliant staff members and their families additional support through counseling services (and other covered services) at no cost to them.
