New & Existing Staff: this course is accessed via LEARN. 

  1. You will receive an email from learn@reliant.org once you have been enrolled in this course.
  2. Log into LEARN with your Reliant email address (ending with @reliant.org).
  3. Once you log in, scroll down to the bottom of your dashboard to the "My Courses" section.
  4. Find the course titled: Preventing Sexual Harassment & Discrimination in the Christian Workplace, and click, "Start".
  5. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the course to complete it at a later time if needed. To return to the training, log back into LEARN with your Reliant credentials. Go back to "My Courses" and select "resume" on the training you need to complete and it will return you to your course.
  6. LEARN will track the completion of each course so you will not need to notify Reliant.

Manager Training: Quelling Misconduct - 2.5 hours
