Before making any commitment to this program as a Mentor or Mentee, you must have Supervisor approval. A Mentorship Program Resource for Supervisors is provided below. This is an optional mentorship program that will be between female Reliant employees or associates. The mentorships offered will either be one-on-one mentorships or group mentorships that meet virtually. Commitment to the mentorship program will be at the discretion of the Mentor and , Mentee(s) when they meet for the first time and discuss the desired timeline, meeting times, and goalsSupervisors.
