As we lean into discovering and providing ways to serve and connect women across Reliant, we will be launching Reliant's Women's Staff Development Mentorship Program on Monday, February 28, 2022. The Mentorship Program course will be made available in LEARN on February 28, 2022. Those who are interested in being mentored will have until March 21, 2022, to complete the Mentorship Program course in LEARN. 

Before making any commitment to this program as a Mentor or Mentee, you must have Supervisor approval. A Mentorship Program Resource for Supervisors is provided below. This is an optional mentorship program for women who serve with Reliant as that will be between female Reliant employees or associates. The mentorships offered will either be one-on-one mentorships or group mentorships that meet virtually. Commitment to the mentorship program will be at the discretion of the Mentor and Mentee(s) when they meet for the first time and discuss the desired timeline, meeting times, and goals.
