No matter the organizational preparation, our team members will be the first to encounter a crisis and be affected the most by it. Because our team members are our priority over our operations, we seek to equip them to make wise choices and respond properly beyond simple adherence to policies. |
It is Reliant’s goal to train intention that all our international staff are adequately trained in order to best prepare them well for international service overseas. All team members traveling short or long term must meet a minimum travel safety training requirement before the Reliant central office will authorize travel overseas. Any additional security trainings will be based on the risk profile of the location.
