Info

We recognize that under certain conditions the activities of our employees may put them at risk of incarceration if it is determined by a host government that they have not complied with local laws and regulations regarding proselytizing. In this case, any acknowledgement from our non-profit organization of the employee would put the incarcerated at further risk and would expose the overall company operations, risking our other staff and assets as well. This would be detrimental for everyone. Therefore, this policy attempts to clarify the conditions upon which the organization would have to disavow an employee, in order to protect the integrity of the company as a whole and the safety of both the local church and local believers.

Warning
Note

Allie said these conditions may not be needed if we have a cover company. Need to document what we have of the cover company here in the CMT section of Solomon.

In the situation where one or more of our overseas personnel are arrested for participation in illicit activities, it is the policy of Reliant to Reliant may disavow all knowledge or sanctioning of said illicit activities. Overseas personnel must accept certain inherent risks that come along with working inside creative access countries. Embassy assistance will be sought on behalf of the incarcerated personnel, but Reliant cannot provide any guarantee any direct assistance in country that would tie the company to the illicit activity.
