New Staff: this course is accessed via a link that will be emailed to you. Select "click here to set your password" where it says, "In order to log in please click here to set your password".

  1. Enter your Reliant email address (ending with @reliant.org).
  2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password. 
  3. After creating a password, you can return to the courses via the Telios Teaches Site.
  4. Once you log in, Please select the course titled: Preventing Sexual Harassment & Discrimination in the Christian Workplace.
  5. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the point you previously paused. To return to the training, log back into Telios Teaches with your Reliant email address and password. Select the training you need to complete and it will return you to your previous spot in the course.
  6. Telios will track the completion of each course and will notify Reliant.

Timeframe for Completion

New HiresWill be assigned the training during onboarding and will have 30 days to complete these courses. 
Existing StaffExisting staff will complete the training courses during the Annual Required Education season. They will have 60 days to complete these courses.
