All courses are web-based, include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. For most staff, the training will take about 3 hours. For staff in supervisory or leadership roles, the training will take about 5 hours and will include an additional course on screening staff and volunteers.   1. Once you log in, you will see a list of all courses available listed on the bar to the left. Please select the training that is applicable to you and your role, based on the course information and details outlined above. 
  2. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the point you previously paused. However, the Ministry Safe system does not save the point that you last completed. Before closing the page, please make note of your ‘spot’ (example: Section 4, 15:45). To return to the training, click on the unique link that was initially emailed to you from Ministry Safe.
  3. Ministry Safe will track the completion of each course and notify Reliant.

  2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password.
  1. After creating a password, you can return to the courses via the Telios Teaches Site.
