Reliant cannot restrict or endorse personal travel; it is a personal decision for each individual to make. We do request that you review the CDC's website for information on both international and domestic travel.
If you do need to cancel a trip, you can find information on reimbursements here.
Any questions regarding these standards can be directed to your Program Team or to notifyHR@reliant.org.
Procedure
Please complete the appropriate notification form and follow all steps within the form closely. These travel forms include a request for travel approval from your local supervisor (if applicable) and your Reliant Program Lead, emergency contact information for your destination(s), and an attestation that you agree to comply with health advisories related to COVID-19.
