Established Reliant partners are eligible to submit a request for a new Reliant project fund to establish a new fund. Creation and maintenance of all project fund numbers go through a scrutiny process by Reliant management and Board of Directors. The New Project Fund Request form will gather all of the following information the Board will need to determine the request. When finished completing the form, share it with projectfundraising@reliant.org for approval.:

• Details about the church or ministry requesting the fund, including:
  • Goals and objectives
  • Governance
  • Legal documentation
• Details about the fund being requested, including:
  • Anticipated revenue
  • Responsible oversight for any funding received from Reliant
