For non-emergency work-related injuries requiring professional medical assistance, Reliant Central must first authorize treatment. If you sustain an injury requiring treatment other than emergency medical treatment or minor first aid:
- Inform your supervisor.
- Contact Employment Services (mailto:benefits@reliant.org or 407-574-5165), notify them of the injury, and provide necessary information.
- Seek required medical assistance.
- Provide details to your supervisor for the completion of the accident investigation report.
