While a ministry partner can establish a ministry project fund with Reliant solely to be used as salary support funding for the APF, the name of the Reliant project fund must always be the ministry project name and not the name of the worker. Supporting the ministry work of the APF and covering ministry expenses can be accomplished through a grant Reliant grants to the ministry partner. See Grant ProcessOld-Grants for more information.

APF Application

...

Complete the APF Application and share it with projectfundraising@reliant.org for review and processing.

If there is not an existing ministry project fund related to the APF's ministry partner, or if the purpose of a ministry project fund is to solely be salary support funding for an APF, the following documentation must be collected prior to the ministry project fund being approved and created with Reliant:

  • Partnership documentation with the ministry project
  • A completed APF application with Reliant assessment
  • Ministry project documentation (form located here: What is a Church/Project Fund?)

The APF will also be required to complete Reliant's Ministry Team Development (MTD) fundraising training. MTD training will be arranged during the assessment phase of the application process.
