Role Definitions
If you are unsure of which courses you should take, use the chart to determine what role you fall under.
| All Staff | All active Missionary Staff including Associates and Interns |
|---|---|
| Supervisors & Leaders | Any staff member who is a supervisor of another Reliant staff member OR is a Pastor, Minister, Manager, or Director |
| Employee Level (non-supervisors) | Any staff member who is not a supervisor or is not a Pastor, Minister, Manager, or Director |
Timeframe for Completion
| New Hires | Will be assigned the training during onboarding and will have 30 days to complete the courses. |

| Existing Staff | Existing staff will complete the training courses during the Annual Required Education season. They will have 60 days to complete the courses. |
