All courses are web-based, include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. For most staff, the training will take about 3 hours. For staff in supervisory or leadership roles, the training will take about 5 hours and will include an additional course on screening staff and volunteers. Timeframe for Completion
| New Hires | Will be assigned the training during onboarding and will have 30 days to complete the courses. |
