It is the responsibility of every employee and volunteer at RELIANT MISSION (“RELIANT”) to act in the best interest of children and vulnerable adults. Through enforcement of this Policy and by education of employees, RELIANT will seek to prevent, correct and discipline behavior that violates this Policy.

To this end, employees and volunteers shall not talk to children in a way that is or could be construed by any reasonable observer as harsh, threatening, intimidating, shaming, derogatory, demeaning, or humiliating.
