In addition, employees and volunteers are expected to refrain from swearing in the presence of children.

Skillful Screening Training
Required Audience: All Supervisors Length: 2.25 hours Vendor: MinistrySafe Description Screening job applicants and volunteers who will work or interact with children is an important responsibility. Effective screening practices limit the possibility that an applicant with inappropriate sexual motives gains access to children through child-serving programs. Program leaders should be aware of high-risk responses indicating that an applicant may be a danger to children served by the program.
