All Reliant staff , both in the Field and on the Central team, are dedicated to furthering the Gospel and are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical , and professional behavior, above reproach in the sight of God and man. Nevertheless, it is necessary on a regular basis to remind ourselves of how we should ensure that all individuals (staff, volunteers, and those to whom we minister) are treated with honor, respect, and dignity as image bearers of God.

For this reason, all Reliant staff will complete annual training courses on sexual harassment prevention and child sexual abuse awareness.

All courses are web-based, include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. For most staff, the training will take about 3 hours. For staff in supervisory roles, the training will take about 5 hours and will include an additional training on screening staff and volunteers.   2. Once you login you will see a list of all courses available listed on the bar on the left. Please select training that is applicable to you and your role, based on the course information and details outlined on this page. 
  3. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the point you previously paused. However, the MinistrySafe system does not save the point that you last completed. Before closing the page, please make note of your ‘spot’ (example: Section 4, 15:45). To return to the training, you'll need the unique link that was emailed to you.
  4. MinistrySafe will track completion of each course and notify Reliant.

    2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password.
