Overview of Required Courses
All courses are web-based, include quizzes, and do not need to be completed in one session. For most staff, the training will take about 3 hours. For staff in supervisory roles, the training will take about 5 hours and will include an additional training on screening staff and volunteers. Associated Policies & Information
Each of our training courses required are associated with one of the following Reliant Policies.
Timeframe for Completion
New Hires | Will be assigned the training during onboarding and will have 30 days to complete the courses. |

Existing Staff | Existing staff will complete the training courses during the Annual Required Education season. They will have 60 days to complete the courses. |
Non-Compliance

Exception Requests
Staff can submit an Exception Request for extenuating circumstances by emailing HR Compliance Officer (Julie Thomas - julie.thomas@reliant.org) and copying Program Team (if applicable) and Supervisor. The Exception Request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
