Click the "Reports" button in the menu at the top of the page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Report for which Program you want to download for.

The Report will open like this...

Next click on one of the columns so it looks like this..

Then click the 3 dots menu in the upper right to open the options menu to see the download option...

Create a filename and select EXPORT to then download and save the Report as a .csv or .xlsx. Typically .csv works better.

The report will open like this. The numbers will be incorrect because they are only pulling for your LT (but the program is counting participants from all LTs as well as all the test applications that we made for testing.

You can delete the extra columns (application state and application name) and widen the columns (and delete any blank names- those are names that haven't finished the first page so they haven't added their names yet to the assessment) and transfer this data to a google sheet to share with your Collegiate church leaders.
