An Affiliated Project Fundraiser cannot be a U.S. citizen. U.S. citizens who want to raise funds for a project fund should apply to be an associate with Reliant. Associate staff are volunteers who have been approved to conduct ministry on behalf of Reliant and to incur ministry expenses, reimbursable according to Reliant's accountable reimbursement plan. Associate staff are not employees or independent contractors of Reliant. |
An Affiliated Project Fundraiser (APF) is a foreign worker at an established Reliant partnership who can raise funds for the ministry's use. Because the worker is not eligible to be an employed missionary with Reliant, one of the most common ways for these ministries to use the funds is to support the worker financially.
